Founder of Enabled. Oxford MBA. Strategist building partnerships, evidence, and scalable solutions for children with special needs across Indonesia.

About
Ade Meutia is the Founder of Enabled., a foundation supporting approximately 250 Indonesian pediatric tracheostomy patients and children with special needs.
Her work combines a circular donation model, strategic partnerships, and evidence generation to improve access to life-changing care — equipment reaches the next family, hospitals gain a referral path, and outcomes are recorded rather than assumed.
Before founding Enabled., Tia worked across banking strategy, venture capital, and e-commerce before pursuing an MBA at the University of Oxford.
“Healthcare system issues are meant to be solved by patients, as long as everyone else is incentivised based on sickness.”
